My name is Ralph E. Caraway, Jr., and I am a devoted father and pastor committed to empowering others to live with purpose, balance, and faith. A lifelong resident of Tyler, Texas, I have built my life around service both to my community and to my family.

I am passionate about advocating for men’s mental health, striving to create safe spaces for open dialogue and to break down the stigmas that often prevent men from seeking help. I believe that true strength is reflected not only in resilience, but also in the courage to embrace growth and vulnerability.

Outside of ministry, I find joy in fitness and football, both of which fuel my discipline, determination, and teamwork. As a motivational speaker, I draw on my personal and professional experiences to inspire audiences of all ages to pursue their goals with passion and perseverance.

Above all, my greatest role is being a father to my three children—A’nyia, Ashtyn, and Justyce. They remain my strongest motivation and greatest joy, guiding my commitment to live a life of integrity, faith, and impact.
